This Policy shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. You agree that any legal action or proceeding in connection with the Website, its contents, or this Policy shall be brought in the Superior Court of Bristol County in Massachusetts and you expressly waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of said court.
