Breakfast in Bed Beer Cocktail

  • 1 lime
  • Coarse sea salt (for glass rim)
  • 1/2 cup chilled tomato juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce 
  • 2 bottles Dos Equis Amber
Directions
  1. Cut lime in quarters. Use one quarter to moisten the rims of two glasses.
  2. Roll rims of glasses in coarse sea salt to coat. Cut 2 thin horizontal slices from remaining lime to garnish glasses. Set glasses aside.
  3. In a small bowl, combine lime juice (from all remaining limes), tomato juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Stir to mix.
  4. Pour tomato mixture evenly into glasses.
  5. Top each glass with a bottle of Dos Equis Amber beer and serve immediately.

Perfect for brunch!

Grand Raspberry Peach Bellini

Ingredients
3 oz. Grand Marnier® Raspberry Peach
7 oz. champagne
2 raspberries for garnish

Directions (per cocktail)
Pour chilled champagne into a flute and top off with Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach. Garnish with a raspberry.

 



A sweet afternoon treat!

RumChata "Be My Valentine" Cocktail

  • 8 oz. RumChata
  • 3 oz. grenadine
  • 4-6 strawberries, sliced in half
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Valentine's candy
  • Crushed iced
Directions (per cocktail)
  1. Add RumChata to the Mason Jar
  2. Add grenadine and stir until you get the perfect pink color
  3. Top with crushed ice
  4. Garnish with sugar-coated strawberries and your choice of Valentine's candy
    1. To make sugar-coated strawberries,  place in a small bowl, sprinkle with granulated sugar and toss

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana, preferably frozen
  • 3 ounces BOM BOM Coco Mochanut
  • 1 ounce coffee liqeuer
  • 1/4 ounce amaretto liqeuer
  • 1 cup ice
  • Garnish: whipped cream, toasted slivered almonds, mini chocolate chips
Directions (per cocktail)
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream, toasted almonds, and mini chocolate chips.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz. Stillhouse Original Whiskey
  • 3/4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz. St-Germain
  • 2 Strawberries
  • Club Soda

Preparation: Add strawberries, lemon juice and St-Germain into a shaker. Muddle well and add Stillhouse Original Whiskey and ice. Shake well and double strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with club soda. Garnish with strawberry and mint crown.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Patrón Añejo
  • 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 0.2 oz Honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 7 Cherry tomatoes, 2 for garnish
  • Fresh black pepper for garnish


Directions (per cocktail)
  1. Muddle cherry tomatoes, honey and lime together in a cocktail shaker
  2. Double strain into chilled coupe glass
  3. Garnish with skewer of cherry tomatoes and an orange twist
  4. Top with fresh black pepper
  5. Add spirits and shake with ice until chilled

The perfect way to wind down in the evening...

Ingredients
2 oz. Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach
1 oz. honey
1/2 oz. lemon juice
2 cups hot water
Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Directions (per cocktail)
Combine all in ingredients in a mug. Stir briefly then garnish with a cinnamon stick.
